We Need More Technicians

I’ve come to the conclusion, Crystal Clear needs to expand! Did you know there are over 142,000,000 homes in America alone? Yes, that’s 142 MILLION Water Heaters that need to be serviced just about every year, and I CAN’T DO IT ALONE! As I wrote about in a couple of previous posts, there’s no stopping the sediment that accumulates in your Water Heater. The act of heating water precipitates the minerals from the water where they are then trapped and accumulate in your tank, which shortens the life span of your Water Heater, ruins your energy bill, and can render it inoperable. Our Service is the only way to completely remove this sediment. Doing that math, say if 75% of the clients want the service done (everyone should unless you like discarding a perfectly renewable Water Heater) … That would be 93 million Water Heaters needing servicing…254,794 a DAY! Hah! Needless to say, no other company is performing this service, the only service some plumbing companies provide is “Flushing” See this post on why Flushing doesn’t work. So, there’s no competition, and absolutely no way I can even make a dent in my own small town, let alone neighboring neighborhoods! This is why I started thinking more about how to scale my service to help more people. I’m still considering ideas, but the fact is: I need more people that want to perform this service. I have the system dialed in and Crystal Clear is successful! The next step is to open the doors and share this business I built. There is so much room to grow, it will be decades before we approach the tens of thousands of technicians needed to saturate this market! I’m excited! Ideas are blossoming.
